opposite: Unscrew the plastic headed screw and slide Safety Bar in and out as required. Tighten screw when Safety Bar is in correct position.
The Safety Bar is easy to remove when it is no longer required so it becomes a chair suitable for children. The seat and footplate can be lowered as they grow taller.
When your child grows tall enough the child's seat can be removed and the footplate can slide up the frame to become the seat for the adult chair.
