My Stay-Put Cutlery and Bowl Set will not stick. If your Cutlery and Bowl Set are not sticking please ensure that both the pad and the surface are clean. After this moisten the suction pads and secure to a dry non-porous surface i.e. plastic or glass.
If this fails to resolve the issue remove the suction pad from the base of the bowl. Place the pad in a large ceramic bowl so that the suction pad base is resting on the base of the ceramic bowl, this allows the pad to lay perfectly flat. Pour boiling water into the ceramic bowl to cover the suction pad component. After 5 minutes remove from the bowl and allow to cool for about 30 seconds on a flat surface. The suction pad can then be re-applied to the bowl and attached to a non porous surface and used.
The coils on the Stay-Put Cutlery and Bowl Set are too short. The length of the coils have been specifically designed so that once the food has been taken from the fork or spoon, the hand is gently pulled back to encourage them to repeat the process.
